Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation or low-level light therapy, is a non-invasive therapeutic treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and energize cells.
This advanced therapy works at the cellular level, stimulating mitochondria (the powerhouse of your cells) to produce more energy and trigger natural healing processes within your body.
Red light between 600-700nm offer benefits for skin texture and tone, smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, promoting collagen production and generally rejuvenating the appearance of skin and hair.
Near-infrared light (NIR) 700nm – 1100nm. penetrates deeper into the tissues to assist with wound healing, muscle recovery, nerve injury, and joint pain.

Services:
Red Light Therapy only: 30 minute red light therapy session to increase cellular function and accelerate wound healing, reduce inflammation & manage pain.
Halotherapy (w/red light therapy): 30 minute halotherapy (dry salt therapy) session with up to 30 minutes of red light therapy throughout your session. Choice between heated (up to 88 ℉) with far infrared sauna OR no heat. *Adding heat may help the salt penetrate more deeply.
IR Sauna (w/red light therapy): 45 minute IR sauna session begins with the sauna pre-heated to 105 ℉, with gradual warming/heating of the infrared up to approximately125℉. Your session kicks off with up to 30 minutes of red light therapy.
IR Sauna and Halotherapy (w/red light therapy): Enjoy this 45 minute service that begins with approximately 30 minutes of halotherapy AND red light therapy. The sauna is pre-heated to 85 ℉ and temps will gradually increase to approximately 120 ℉ by the end of the session.
~Bathing suit or loose fitting t-shirt/shorts recommended.

You'll sit or stand in front of the red light therapy panel

Protective eyewear will be provided and must be worn during treatment
